Leadership Team Coaching Process
Description
A modified version of the individual coaching process intended for intact leadership teams. In this process, each member of the team participates in an individual coaching process while the team implements a significant strategic initiative or organizational change. This process is intended to teach a shared approach to leadership that enables executives to improve performance and sustain change.
