Mini-Coaching Process

Description

A shorter, less intensive version of the individual coaching process. This process is customized in much the same way as our individual coaching, but it focuses on fewer leadership behaviors. We use the same Teleos tools to gather feedback, but less information is gathered and the executive participates in gathering this information. Of course, we use the same methods for coaching, training, and teaching self-direction.

Goals
- improve individual and group performance
- create sustainable improvement in selected leadership behaviors for the executive
- provide feedback about the leader's behavior and impact on others
- provide tools for self-directed feedback gathering and development
