Individual Coaching Process
Description
An intensive, year-long executive development process. This process is customized for each executive based on his or her personal goals, contracting discussions with key sponsors, and a unique Teleos method to collect leadership feedback. The process includes coaching conversations and individualized training to optimize leadership effectiveness. It also teaches executives how to direct their own development efforts.
