Description

A brief process that identifies the most useful products that the organization can produce, either for external or internal customers. This process uses the shared purpose statement to assess the value of current products, based on their alignment with the organization's critical capabilities. The process will help executives identify misalignments, gaps, and even areas for potentially valuable new products
