Assess Leadership Talent
Description
A brief process that enables executives to assess leadership capability and to identify organization-wide development needs. Teleos consultants will assess capability through interviews, appraisal system reviews, and a unique Teleos leadership survey. The consultants will then help the executive review the assessment results, identify development needs, and then design and implement a development process.
