A brief process that enables executives to align critical talent management systems to the shared purpose. Teleos consultants will help executives assess systems such as recruiting, selection, orientation, development, and promotion - using a unique Teleos model for defining and developing capabilities. Then, executives will identify and implement any changes that are necessary to insure that talent management systems produce the leaders needed to sustain and enhance the shared purpose.
