MEP delivers a simple yet powerful approach that enables any person to manage expectations of anyone, in any situation - this workshop is not just for managers. In MEP, participants learn the four factors that determine effective performance. They also learn a unique approach to collaboration that can maximize others' commitment to action. During this two-day workshop, participants develop skills to negotiate in the collaborative style, reinforce effective performance, and diagnose and redirect off-track performance.
