Collaborative Conflict Resolution

Overview

that you didn't know how to resolve?

CCR teaches participants how to surface and resolve relevant conflicts that block successful performance, without fighting for control or giving up critical interests. In CCR, participants learn the fundamental causes of conflict. They also learn a unique approach to collaboration that enables them to identify others' viewpoints and critical interests, and then craft proposals that will attract widespread commitment. During this two-day workshop, participants develop skills to surface conflict without attacking or judging, identify relevant interests, surface and manage resistance, and jointly develop resolutions - all with a collaborative style.
