Skills Survey
Description
A unique survey based on Teleos models about effective leadership. This survey was derived from research into effective executive behaviors and from hundreds of individual executive coaching projects. The survey goes beyond typical observations of frequency and seeks to evaluate both the quality of the leader's behavior and how well that behavior fits the needs of a situation.
