Teleos Consulting was created to help progressive leaders optimize both personal and organizational success. Unlike authoritarian leaders, progressive leaders understand that success is never the product of one person's ideas or efforts. In addition, such leaders also recognize the critical need to develop their own skills to attract, lead, and retain the talented people essential for success.

Second, we believe that the most effective ways to develop managers are to teach and coach.
